FAQ

If a product is available online, you will be able to add the item to cart. You will be receiving an order confirmation email once you have placed the order. However, product purchased online may not be in stock even after the order confirmation. If we are not able to fulfil your order, V E-Tronics customer representative will contact you to offer an alternative product or full refund.

We try our best to make sure this will not happen through stringent checks and follow-ups, but should it occur:

    • V E-Tronics shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfil any sales order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a sales order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.
    • Items available for purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order processing and/or successful checkout. If the product is currently unavailable, we will provide the next earliest availability and delivery date or an alternative product model.

Payment

We accept the following modes of payment on the V E-Tronics Online:

    • Credit/Debit Card (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX)
    • PayNow!

We offer 3 types of delivery/collection methods for orders from the V E-Tronics Online:

    • Self-Collection
    • Standard Shipping
    • Express Shipping

For any changes to your delivery address, kindly contact us at 9674 7622 IMMEDIATELY after payment is made.

Currently, we only deliver within Singapore addresses.

Express Shipping:

  • For Express Shipping, order(s) placed on between 12am to 3pm will be delivered on the same day before 10pm.
  • Express Shipping only applicable for all products and models (subject to stock availability)
  • Express Shipping are premium on-demand services chargeable starting at $12 on Weekday, $15 on Weekend & PH and are non-refundable once scheduled (subjected to delivery slots availability).
  • Express Shipping to CBD / Jurong Island / Sentosa / Camps are chargeable at additional $8 and are non-refundable once scheduled (subjected to delivery slots availability).
  • Ceiling Fan installation services are not applicable for any form of shipping services including self-collection. Ceiling fan installation services must be arranged separately if required and installation fee to be paid directly to installer.
  • Some condominiums may have specific delivery time slots, and only allow deliveries from 9am to 5pm. Before the checkout process, kindly check with your condominium management for the approved delivery time slot. Please notify your condominium management once we have confirmed the delivery date and time.
  • V E-Tronics reserves the right to decline any express shipping request and propose the next available delivery date.

Exchange

Product exchange information are as indicated in the product page under “Exchange & Warranty” tab.

For product exchanges you may bring the item in its original and sealed condition, along with the original receipt, warranty card, as well as any accompanying free gifts, vouchers, and/or accessories associated with the purchase, to our stores within 7 days from date of purchase, or date of delivery if it is a delivered item, for an exchange.

For specific issues pertaining to your product exchange, you may wish to refer to the below pre-purchase checklist, in order to avoid any disappointment or added cost on your purchase:

  • Ensure well in advance that the item(s) you have ordered will fit into your space, paying special attention to product dimensions and measurements.

Strictly not applicable for “Change of Mind” reason.

If the exchangeable product is defective, we will replace the product for you within 7 days from the date of purchase if it is collected in store, or the date of delivery if it is a delivered item. Kindly bring the product back with the warranty card and your valid purchase receipt from V E-Tronics.

If non-exchangeable product e.g. Water Heaters are defective, you can contact the respective company within the warranty period. Do ensure that warranty is registered upon receiving your order.

On returning defective Goods, please note that any free gifts, vouchers and accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time. If free gifts, vouchers and accessories have been used, the refund amount will be offset accordingly. If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

Display sets cannot be exchanged.

Please note that some brands reserve the right to subject the product to an examination by their own experts, and may not accept the return of goods.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, V E-Tronics reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, requires you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.

    4. Enter the promotional code into the field provided at the bottom of the Checkout page.
    5. After entering the code, please click on the "APPLY" button.
    6. Proceed to make payment.
    1. Promotional code is only applicable for online purchase made from V E-Tronics Online but is not applicable for excluded items.
    2. Excluded items include, but are not limited to, Joven Products, Daiyo Products, Showy Products, Online Deal Products, Promotional Offers, Pre-Orders, unless stated otherwise.
    3. Promotional code is not applicable for Guest checkout.
    4. Promotional code is not applicable for processing fees and service charges.
    5. Promotional code is subject to all restrictions set forth in any ongoing promotion.
    6. Shipping and handling fees are excluded for all minimum purchase requirements.
    7. Promotional code cannot be applied to completed purchases.
    8. Promotional code is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

    10. One promotional code can only be applied at any one time for all purchases made through V E-Tronics Online.
